Getting healthy....and other resolutions

Good Morning,
Well I don't know about you but one of my new year's resolutions was to be healthy. Needless to say that wonderful idea went out the window and I went back to enjoying my french fries and large cherry coke.

So since it is March 1 I thought I would try again. Yes, try again. Have I lost you yet? If I have it's ok. I'm more or less writing this post for myself, so I have something to go back to and look at when I'm deciding between wonderful, golden, delicious french fries and carrots.

As I'm writing this post I'm drinking water, a small water I might add. It's a baby step in the right direction.
I'm not trying to lose a bunch of weight I'm just trying to save my organs from all the grease I'm consuming, did I mention how much I love french fries?

I started yogo which is another step in the right direction, a painful step but never the less a good step. I have never been one for working out, so I thought yoga wouldn't be to bad. So far I really like it, its calming and not that hard to learn.

So how are you guys doing on your resolutions? Hopefully you all are kicking but and taking names but if not don't worry you are not alone.

Enjoy,

p.s If you guys have any tips on yummy snacks, yoga or on anything health related leave a comment below.

  1. i love yoga. i had a month long membership at a local yoga studio, and i went nearly every day.
as for snacks, make sure you have fruits and vegetables within easy access so that they are more convenient to eat than junk. whenever my boyfriend and i get a bag of carrots and celery, we spend a little itme washing, peeling and cutting a few of them to keep ready in the fridge to munch on whenever we need to snack.
