Hello Everyone,
Today I super fun diy for you guys. Lately I have been seeing envelop clutches everywhere, I always thought they were cute and a great way to had color to an outfit. So this diy girl, decided to make her own!

Have Fun,

Supplies
Stiff Felt ( I got mine at Hobby Lobby )
Felt
E-6000 Glue
Velcor
Needle and Thread
Scissors
Crayon ( or tailors chalk )
Buttons ( optional )
Books ( not pictured )

Step 1: Draw a house shape onto your stiff felt ( picture 1 ). I made my bag 9 inches by 12 inches, but you can change the size to anything you want. Cut out your house shape ( picture 2), and fold the bottom part up to the triangle and fold the triangle piece over that ( picture 3 ). By doing this we are making our fold lines for the clutch.

Step 2: Apply some E-6000 glue to your stiff felt ( picture 1 ), and lay your felt lining on top ( picture 2 ). Make sure you apply a good amount of glue to the creases in the fabric, that we made in step one. Once you get a panel done, put some heavy books on top and let it dry ( picture 3 ). Once that panel is dry repeat this step on the next two panels. When your all done you should have something like picture 4.

Step 3: Now fold your bottom panel up and sew up both sides.

Step 4: Now this is optional but I took some E-6000 and glue some little buttons to the tip of my envelope point.

Step 5: Stick on your velcro.

Then your done!
