3 Step DIY: Pom Pom Box

Hello Everyone,
On Tuesday I shared this post about my favorite pom-pom DIYs and told you why I have fallen in love with pom-pom making! Well, as promised, today I am sharing with you my own pom-pom inspired project.

But wait there's more (lol)!

Today's project is also a 3 Step DIY which means its easy to make and only contains three steps. Whoo Woo!

So get your pom-pom maker out and let's get crafty!

Supplies:
Yarn
Scissors
Wooden Box
Paint
Foam Brush
Hot Glue Gun (not pictured)

Step 1: Paint your box inside and out. Then set it aside to dry.

Step 2: Use your pom-pom maker and create enough pom-poms to cover the top of your box. For my box I needed 15 pom-poms but depending on the size of your box and the size of your pom-pom maker, you may need more or less.

If you have never used a pom-pom maker before, then I would suggest checking out this awesome video which shows you (from start to finish) how to use a pom-pom maker.

Step 3: Now take your hot glue gun and glue on each of your pom-poms on top of your wooden box. Once all your pom-poms are glued on, you may need to use your scissors to trim up your pom-poms to make them all look more even.

When your happy with the look of your pom-pom box, then your done!

When decorating my box I used three different colors of pom-poms but you could use just one color or multiple colors.

So are you crazy for pom-poms?

xo Katie
