Lets Wrap!

Gift Wrapped
Hello Everyone,
I'm back! Even though your probably tried of me saying that but this time its true (I promise). I'm finally free (at least for four weeks) from endless nights of paper writing, textbook reading and note-card making. Yes folks, this girl is on Christmas break!

Which means instead of all those boring things I mentioned early, I will be writing blog post, reading craft books and making some fun DIYs. Don't you just love having time off?

To kick off this week and the holiday season, I rounded up a few DIYs which all deal with making your own wrapping paper. Now making your own wrapping paper may seem like another thing to add to your Christmas to-do list but honestly its all about finding the right wrapping paper DIY for you.

For example, if your someone who doesn't have a lot of time to craft, then probably hand stamp wrapping paper is not the project for you. However, making some wrapping paper which involves adding some twine and a pom pom maybe right up your time-crunch alley. On the other hand, if your someone who is just dripping with oodles of holiday craft time, then maybe besides making your own wrapping paper you could try making some cute bows as well.

So below, I gather a bunch of wrapping paper DIYs which range from super easy to a little bit more time consuming. Never the less, I wouldn't mind seeing some of these wrapped beauties under my tree!

In all honesty, if I had to lay my right hand on a stack of craft books and say whether or not all my holidays gifts were in homemade wrapping paper.....my answer would be no. My trick when it comes to homemade wrapping paper, is to only use it on those special gifts. That way you don't have to be overwhelmed by making a ton of wrapping paper and the paper you do make, will add a special touch to your gift.

So have you ever made your own homemade wrapping paper?

xo Katie

p.s Here is another bonus wrapping paper DIY you can check out which I made last year.
