3 Step DIY: Glittered Bunny Boxes

Hello Everyone,

Recently I was shopping at Hobby Lobby for a project and came across these ADORABLE plastic glittered bunnies. They had a retro look to them and combined three of my favorite colors with chunky glitter. I mean, you can't get better than that!

Since March is already here, you may or may not be aware that Easter is at the end of the month. I swear it seems to come earlier and earlier each year! To kick off this Easter season, today I'm going to be showing you how to create some Glittered Bunny Boxes!

Also, if you've noticed the title, then you know that this is a 3 Step DIY. I haven't done a 3 Step DIY in a while, so what better project to start with!

Let's make some Glittered Bunny Boxes!

Supplies
Small Round Paper Mache Box
Plastic Glittered Bunny
Paint
Foam Brush
Ribbon
Scissors
E6000

Step 1: Paint your paper mache box in the same color as your glittered bunny. You will want to paint the box inside and out. When your done painting, set your box aside to dry.

Step 2: Cut a piece of ribbon that is long enough to fit around the lid of your paper mache box. Then run that piece of ribbon through your Xyron 1.5'' Sticker Maker. Once you have ran the ribbon through the sticker maker, rub the top of the sticker paper. Then peel the ribbon off the sticker paper and wrap it around the lid of the paper mache box.

Step 3: Now grab your E6000 and apply a small amount of glue to the bottom your plastic glittered bunny. Then press the plastic glittered bunny to the top of the paper mache box lid. Once you're happy with the placement, set the lid aside to dry.

When your lid is completely dry, you're ready to start using your little bunny box!

I just love how these little Glittered Bunny Boxes turned out! My favorite box would probably be the pink one (or maybe the blue one....or the green one). LOL

If your unsure about what to use these boxes for, they would make great Easter decor or would be good to put candy in (like jelly beans)!

What do you think? Do you like these Glittered Bunny Boxes?
