Buttons Galore & More: Decorate with a DIY Happy Halloween Photo Holder

Hello Everyone!

Today I am sharing my latest DIY project that I created for the  Buttons Galore & More Design Team!

Before I talk about my project, I wanted to briefly say that as a member of the design team I do get free products to create awesome DIY projects. More specifically, Buttons Galore & More is sponsoring this post. With that being said, as a member of their design team, my projects will appear on the Buttons Galore & More blog instead of mine own. However, I will write these types of posts to keep you guys up-to-date about what is going on!

Now that we have all of that out of the way, let's get back to the project.

The project that I made for Buttons Galore & More this month (insert drum-roll here) was all about Halloween! Specifically, the project that I made was a Happy Halloween Photo Holder! I wanted to make a photo holder for Halloween because people usually take a bunch of pictures during the holiday month. Due to that, I thought having a cute way to display those photos would make for a fun and unique Halloween craft project.

For my Happy Halloween Photo Holder, I used only one type of ''button set''. That ''button set'' was Buttons Galore & More “Scary” Button Tote. This particular button tote was perfect to use in this project because it included all of those main Halloween colors (orange, purple, green and yellow). So, if your in the need of some Halloween colored buttons, I would totally recommend the ''Scary'' Button Tote.

Finally, in case anybody is wondering, I used my all time FAVORITE Halloween paper pack from Carta Bella (Echo Park Paper). I honestly think that Carta Bella makes the best Halloween themed paper and I can testify to that because I have been saving every little scrap from their Trick or Treat collection. Recently, they came out with some new Halloween paper packs that are equally as adorable as their past Halloween paper collections. With that being said, I personally love a vintage Halloween look which is why I chose to use the Trick or Treat collection in my photo holder project.

  1. Hi Katie,
I recently came across you blog and I love how this project turned out! Halloween is right around the corner and this is absolutely adorable! I think I am gonna have to save this and try it out for myself. I think it would be a fun project to do with my little nephew. I love doing crafts with the children in my life and the holidays are just perfect for that. Excited to see more of your DIY projects!
    Have a beautiful day.
