String Jar DIY

Hello Everyone,
Remember how I said that I was going to show you guys an unique way to use your crochet bows? Well in today's String Jar DIY, I will show you!

String Jar DIY 


Supplies
Jar
Yarn
String 
Mod Podge
Paint Brush
Scissors
Hot Glue Gun ( not pictured)

Step 1: Take your jar and spread a good amount of Mod Podge on the area you want to cover. Then take your string and wrap it around your jar ( picture 1), make sure that your pressing your string/yarn into the Mod Podge as your wrapping. Once your done wrapping you should have something like picture 2.

Step 2:  Now take a different color of yarn or string and repeat step 1 ( picture 1). Continue this process until your whole jar is covered ( picture 2 ).



Step 3: Once your jar is dry take your hot glue gun and glue your crochet bow to your jar.

Then your done!

      I don't know any other name for Mod Podge but if you can't it, regular school glue would work just as well. Hope that helps!
